K. Robin Baggett joined the firm in June 1981. His practice focuses on the areas of commercial finance and business/real property transactions.

Background:

Robin obtained a B.S. degree with honors in business administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 1973.  He was a two-time all-conference catcher, Most Valuable Player and scholarship athlete.  In addition, he was elected Student Body president during his senior year.  A member of Cal Poly's Athletic Hall of Fame, in 2001 the University baseball stadium - "Baggett Stadium" - was named after him.

Robin attended Hastings College of the Law, University of California.  At Hastings, he was a member and associate editor of the Hastings Law Journal and externed for Justice William P. Clark, Jr., of the California Supreme Court.  He graduated from Hastings in 1976, Order of the Coif (in the top 10% of his class) and was a member of the Thurston Society (top 5% of the class).  Following graduation, Robin clerked for Judge Samuel Conti of the United States District Court in San Francisco.  After this clerkship, he became an associate of Morrison & Foerster, a San Francisco law firm where he specialized in business and real estate litigation.

Robin is also very involved in the wine industry and is owner of Tolosa Winery, Courtside Cellars Custom Crush Facility and Edna Ranch Vineyards.
