Warren A. SinsheimerPartner
Warren Sinsheimer established the firm in August 1978. His personal practice focuses on trust and estate planning, and administration, taxation, fiduciary litigation, and charitable giving. Background: Warren received his B.A. degree in History from the University of California at Davis in 1968, and his law degree from Boalt Hall School of Law, University of California at Berkeley, in 1971. Following graduation from law school, he served two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard H. Chambers, Chief Judge for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Warren has been a speaker for California Continuing Education of the Bar, the State Bar of California, Practicing Law Institute, the UCLA Estate Planning Institute, and the USC Probate and Trust Conference among others. He has published throughout the trusts and estates field in various professional journals. Warren has qualified and testified as an expert witness in San Luis Obispo County Superior Court on trusts and estates matters. He has also been a consulting expert in trusts and estates litigation in other counties. Warren lives in San Luis Obispo with his wife, Carol. They have two adult children, Amy and Gus.
